Our programs are for individuals ready to do whatever it takes to heal—especially those with
autoimmune, gut, hormone, or thyroid issues, mystery diagnoses, behavioral health needs, or
those seeking disease prevention and lifelong wellness.
What makes Root Healing EFX different from other health practitioners?
We combine functional nutrition, mindfulness, movement, and lifestyle coaching into a
personalized and comprehensive approach. We don’t treat symptoms—we address root causes.

What can I expect from a Functional Nutrition Consultation?
Each session is personalized and includes a deep dive into your symptoms, lifestyle, food
habits, and emotional well-being. You’ll receive a tailored plan with realistic steps to help your
body heal naturally.
Do you offer in-person or virtual services?
Both! We offer virtual consultations and retreats, and in-person sessions are available in select
locations or upon request.
What is a Mini Wellness Retreat?
Our Mini Wellness Retreats are transformative experiences that include yoga, meditation,
Ayurvedic cooking, and mocktail mixology with adaptogenic herbs—plus take-home goodies like
journals, recipes, and local honey
What’s included in the 12-Week Root Healing Reset program?
This exclusive program includes an in-depth intake, weekly coaching, customized wellness

How do I get started?
Book a free discovery call to see if our approach is a good fit for your goals. You can also
browse our programs or book an intake directly.
Do you take insurance?
We don’t accept insurance, but many clients use HSA/FSA accounts or receive reimbursement
through wellness programs. We can provide documentation if needed.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee. This helps us serve
others who may be waiting for care.
